Our Delivery Information

**Please note as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic our manufacturing time/ Delivery time has been disrupted. Please contact us for more accurate time frames**

Standard delivery

Our standard delivery service is available anywhere in mainland UK and takes 14 working days.

The costs are as follows:

• £40 for one bed

• £30 for each additional bed

If you are placing a large order contact us directly to discuss delivery options and rates.

Delivery rates for spare bed parts and bed accessories are dependent on the size and weight of the item. Delivery costs will be applied to any order before we ask for payment.

Express delivery

To receive your bed within 3-7 working days please contact us directly about express delivery before placing your order and we will be happy to quote you a price.

Delivery outside mainland UK

For delivery outside mainland UK contact us directly with details about where you require delivery for a quote of the cost and an estimated arrival time.

Further information

When your order is ready to be delivered a member of our dispatch team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day of your choice between Monday to Friday. You will receive an email with a unique tracking number from our couriers DX that will allow you to track your order on the day of delivery. 

Unfortunately we are unable to give you a specific delivery time, but all deliveries will be made on the midweek day you specify between 08:00-18:00. All deliveries are made by the recognised UK courier DX and should reach you in perfect condition.

Saturday deliveries can be arranged which will incur a Saturday delivery charge by the courier

However, it is important that you check your package for any damage upon delivery. Every delivery needs to be signed for. It is very important that if you find your order to be damaged you sign for the delivery as “damaged”, which will allow us to make a claim with the courier allowing the products to be replaced. We will not be able to entertain any claim for damages on any deliveries that are not signed for as “damaged”.

Please note we will need to be made aware of all damaged or missing items witin 5 days of the scheduled delivery. We cannot present a claim to the couriers after this time.

If you are not home to sign for your delivery you may leave a note for the courier informing them of a safe space where they may leave the delivery. However, this is done entirely at your own risk, and is not recommended.
