All our solid oak beds are made to order so returns aren’t accepted unless our product is delivered in an already damaged state.
We only dispatch products once they have been checked to ensure they meet our high standards and are undamaged.
All products are carefully packed and delivered by trusted UK couriers TNT to ensure that they are not damaged on their way to you.
IIn the unlikely circumstances that your order does arrive damaged we will endeavour to replace the product as soon as possible but ONLY under thecondition that the delivery is signed for as “damaged” and you contact us within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately we cannot replace any damageditems after this period of time.
Please note: because of the nature of our business you DO NOT have the right to cancel or amend your order once it has been placed and acceptedby us under the “Distance Selling Regulations 2000”.
