At we do our very best to ensure that the product information that you see on our website is as accurate as possible. The Images used for our products are for illustration purposes only.

Please ensure that you check the size of your bed before placing your order. If you require any help regarding your bed size, types of suitable slat system including our slatted bed bases, a member of our Sales team will be delighted to help.


Our full range of Solid Oak Beds are all made to Order in our workshop in Harrow, Middlesex. We stock the European Oak and as soon as you place your Oak Bed order it will go into production. Our Slatted bed bases are also made to order in your desired size, We hold stock of the necessary components to make the bases. As soon as the order is placed it will go into the production process.

The Slatted bed bases will be made alongside your Oak Bed to ensure they fit perfectly within the bed frame.

If for any reason your product is unavailable a member of our team will contact you immediately to explain the situation and advise when the order can be fulfilled. If you are not happy with the date then we can cancel the order at your request.

We aim to have all orders delivered within 21 days from the order being placed. With the majority of orders you can expect to receive your order within 14 days of purchase.


Under the Distance of Selling Regulations 2000 you do not have the right to cancel your order if the order is a custom order.

All our Oak Beds and Slatted Bed Bases are made to order in your required sizes, they are therefore considered to be Custom Orders.


We accept payments from all major Credit/Debit cards including American Express. All our payments are processed via Sage Pay. Every transaction goes through a security check to reduce the risk of fraudulent transactions.

We reserve the right to cancel any credit card transaction if the relevant security checks fail and the transaction does not receive the required security score. In this case we will cancel the order and a member of our customer service team will contact you and ask for an alternative means of payment. The order will be accepted as soon as we receive full payment which has cleared into our account.


When your order is ready for dispatch we will contact you either by phone or email to arrange a suitable day for delivery. We can not dispatch any goods until we have spoken to the customer and pre arranged a suitable day for delivery.

Once your order has been booked in for delivery it is your responsibility to ensure there is someone at the property to sign for the parcel, if the delivery is missed and the item is returned back to us we reserve the right to charge for re delivery.

Once we have arranged a suitable day for delivery we dispatch all goods so that they arrive on your chosen day. We shall not be liable for failed deliveries which are due to reasons beyond our reasonable control due to third party services.

All our orders are dispatched using either DHL or TNT Courier services which are two of the leading courier companies servicing the United Kingdom.

We are able to offer you your chosen midweek day for delivery; however we are unable to specify an AM or PM delivery.

Please ensure that care is taken when opening your parcel, Please take extra care if using a knife or sharp object to open the package.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the Box before signing for the parcel. Please ensure the box is in good condition when accepting deliveries from our couriers. If the box is damaged, please mark the box as Damaged or refuse delivery.

We are confident that the credit card information that you enter on our website will not be accessed by anyone unauthorised. Our SSL encryption uses the latest technologies to prevent any unauthorised access.


We are only able to fulfil orders that are to be delivered anywhere in Mainland UK. However we appreciate that many customers who live outside mainland UK have an interest in our products, We will quote you a price for delivery outside Mainland UK.

We will deliver all our products by recognised UK Couriers. The items will be sent by either DHL or TNT Courier services.

All Deliveries will need to be signed for upon delivery. As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, a member of our dispatch team will call you to arrange a convenient day for delivery. Deliveries take place in the business hours of the day between 08.00 and 18.00. If for any reason you have to go out please leave a note for the driver authorising them to leave the parcel in garage, Porch, neighbour etc

Delivery Options for Our Oak Beds

The Standard delivery for our Oak Beds will be £40.00 anywhere in Mainland UK, Each Additional bed will be £30.00

Returns & Replacements

Here at, We aim to supply hand crafted Oak Beds of the highest quality. We want to ensure all of our customers are satisfied with their purchase and therefore have a stringent quality process in place before any of our products are dispatched for delivery..

The beds and Slatted Bed bases we manufacture  are made to Order in the customers required size. As they are bespoke orders returns will only be accepted by us if we have made a mistake with the order.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you do not have a right to cancel or Amend your order once the order has been placed and accepted.

All our beds and Slatted bases are professionally packed using quality materials to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.

You must report any damages caused by delivery within 7 days of receiving your order. We regret we are unable to accept any damage claims after this time. Once you have notified us of the damaged goods the company will replace your order.
